covid- 19 what to do in our health

While there are many pieces to the coronavirus puzzle, and that I certainly cannot address all of them, I might wish to offer you first some practical advice, then explain the science behind it, and lastly, relate it to a somewhat more philosophical argument.

So, what to try to within the context of the coronavirus to guard our health (apart from washing hands and self-isolating)? I suggest we return to basics, namely: water, air, sun, and earth. These are basic resources, available freely from nature. As an aside: notice that even where these basic natural energy resources weren't available until recently thanks to environmental pollution, the drastic measures we've been taking to attenuate the spread of the coronavirus have actually allowed us to enjoy clearer waters, blue skies and fresher air (which Europeans can breathe from their balconies).

Now, allow us to check out how water, air, sun, and earth might interact together with your body, strengthen it, and help our system in these times of pandemic (but also in general). We all know that the body is usually water (in fact, something like 99.2% of the physical body is/should be water). We also know that babies are hydrated the foremost, while older people are the foremost dehydrated a part of the population. and that we know that as we age, we not only become progressively dehydrated but our system also declines. Note though that dehydration-weaker system might not be an immediate causal relationship it's hard to overlook the robust correlation between hydration and system function. In fact, an identical correlation is often observed within the function of the many other body parts and processes.
that dehydration often goes alongside asthma, constipation, poor lymphatic drainage, migraines, chronic joint pain, fatigue, and so on.

On the face of it, there's little question that hydration is probably the amount 1 factor we'd like to require care of if we would like to require care of our health. But you almost certainly knew that already. What you'll haven't known, however, is that earth energy, oxygen and lightweight help hydration on a cellular level. Without grounding through the world, light from the Sun and oxygen from the air, you'll drink the maximum amount of water as you would like, and still remain dehydrated (and perhaps bloated on the highest of that).

Now, what's so special about grounding, oxygen and lightweight such it helps our cells absorb water? Simplistically, for the absorption to happen there has got to be movement of the water (in and out of the cell through the cell membrane). In other words, water must circulate. And it does so by separating itself into negative and positive charges.
Where water touches cell membranes, it forms the so-called exclusion zone. the remainder is positive. The charged water enters the cells (and is in a position to try to so due to the charge separation).
the water starts to move numerous biochemical reactions (thanks to the negative charge), including such pertain to repair and regeneration. The charged water is excreted through exhalation, urination,  etc. during a nutshell, the more charge separation occurs within the water within the body, and therefore the more charged water is being created, the more efficiently the body functions. Importantly, grounding Earth energy, oxygen and lightweight (especially the infra-red spectrum which, by the way, is usually blocked by the glass) all contribute to the charge separation and therefore the formation of EZ water (i.e. negatively charger water) thus helping you stay hydrated and boosting your system function, among many other things.

To conclude, Back TO Basics is probably one among the infinitely many lessons we could also be ready to extract from the coronavirus crisis. within the context of the apparent shortage of supplies and resources (masks, disinfectants, vitamin C, medical personnel, etc.), Nature remains here to supply us its infinite energy sources: water, air, sun,
and earth. So it's time to be with Nature. Of course, those that have a back yard are far more fortunate than those stuck on the balconies but this in itself is a chance to re-evaluate the alternatives we've made and maybe simplify life to realize happiness.
